Per Einar Gjerding (born 1968) is Director Sales & Marketing for Umoe Schat-Harding Equipment worldwide. Since joining the sales team of the Schat-Harding Group in 1995, Per Einar Gjerding has gained 16 years of international experience in the Group. Per Einar has held various management positions during these years. Per Einar holds a MSc degree from Norwegian School of Management where he graduated in 1994.

Ole Petter Bjartnes (born 1980) is Director Global Sourcing and Production. He has been in this position since January 2011, coming from a position as Director in Umoe AS. Prior to joining Umoe AS in 2009, Bjartnes held several international management positions within production, sales and R&D working for Kverneland ASA, including a period of two years in the Netherlands. Bjartnes has Master's degree in Business and Administration from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), part of the degree was accomplished at Budapest University of Economic Science

Arild Lokøy (born 1965) is Engineering Director for Umoe Schat-Harding Equipment. He has 18 years of business experience working with Lifesaving Equipment. Arild Lokøy has formerly worked in different positions within Schat-Harding, mostly related to development of new lifeboats, free fall lifeboats in particular. Before this position he was R&D Manager at Umoe Schat-Harding. Arild Lokøy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding from University at Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
