Training
Schat-Harding offers multiple types of training on site and in house, to build and maintain a positive and safe experience for your crew when using the LSA onboard your vessel.
Crew members who understand the risks involved with incorrect use of LSA and know how to respond in emergency situations, help to protect themselves, their colleagues, passengers and your property.
Schat-Harding offers the following types of training:
- Familiarization programs for Class Societies and Flag States, Superintendents and Crew members
- On-site familiarization training
- In-house familiarization training
- Computer Based Training (CBT)
Our training centre will work with you to assess your specific requirements and develop a training program that suits your requirements.
Schat-Harding is committed to training and knowledge sharing and has developed a computer-based training scheme for crew members using Schat-Harding products. This enables your crew to be 100% confident before using the equipment.
